Information we collect

We may collect and request information from you which includes your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, company and title.

If we are dealing with a visa or immigration matter, additional information may be requested for the application forms.  These additional items can include items such as your personal and family information, employment history, financial records.  Some authorities may require information such as race, religion, biometrics, police reports, and health related information.

What Happens to the information

We use your information to complete your visa, document legalisation, passport renewal etc as necessary to provide the service required.  This may include providing sensitive data required to process request to Embassies, Translators, Solicitors, Visa Application Centres.

We only share data with companies that provide services to assist us with our business activities .  Any sharing of data is subject to both GDPR requirements and is secured by Cyber Essentials.

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties and will not share the information with any third party, except as otherwise set forth in our Privacy Policy.

VMS will erase personal information provided to us, when a job is completely finished, or as long as it is legally necessary to allowed  to according to the laws and regulations of the UK.

All paperwork will be returned or shredded, VMS do not keep copies of paperwork once the job is completed.
