You may need a pre-employment medical exam before obtaining a visa or starting work with a new employer, as well as a medical exam for your key person insurance cover.

You may need to get a second passport or renew or replace your current passport. In order for us to apply for a British passport on your behalf we will need:

1. A completed passport renewal application form. This will need to be completed by hand and all necessary sections must be correctly filled in. We strongly recommend that you read the guidance notes attached to the application form (which can be obtained from either the Passport Office or a UK Post Office).

2. x2 colour photos to the exact requirements of the passport application form; again, we recommend that you read the guidance notes provided.

3. A letter on company headed paper giving us permission to lodge and collect your passport application on your behalf; this must be signed and have clear contact details.

Please note x1 photo will often have to be countersigned along with the application form, and you will probably need to surrender your current passport.
