For a Saudi business visit and working visit visa we will need you to supply:

You must include a photocopy of all documents listed below, the information page of the passport, the completed application form, the letter of invite/authorisation and the UK Company letter. We will not make copies here.

1. A valid signed biometric passport (with 6 months’ validity beyond your stay and a double blank page and at least one further blank page for exit and entry stamps),


2. Completed application form and sign the new consent form,


3. 2 colour passport photos on a white background,


4. An invite from Saudi, either issued through a Saudi Chamber of Commerce or the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs including the full name and the full address of the Saudi Company you will be visiting,


5. A letter from your UK Company, addressed to the Saudi Embassy, stating the nature of your business, who you are going to see and what type of visa you would like to apply for (THIS MUST NOW BE AN ORIGINAL WITH A REAL INK SIGNATURE AND A COMPANY STAMP, COPIES, SCANS, ETC NO LONGER ACCEPTED), there is also a new format that all UK letters must follow, a template is attached. Please ensure that the UK Company letter is signed by someone other than the traveller. This letter must now be stamped by a UK Chamber of Commerce or Arab Chamber of Commerce. VMS CAN DO THIS FOR YOU.


6. We will need a copy of the registration of the UK Company from Companies House, copies are acceptable.


7. Completed health questionnaire. We have to purchase compulsory health insurance that’s brokered by the Saudi Embassy. This must be purchased irrespective of whether you have separate insurance already. Prices vary greatly and we only know how much it will be when all your details are booked on the Embassy system.

Please note that the number of entries and the length of the visa is commonly dependent upon the invite from the Saudi Company.

Business visa applicants may also apply for their spouses and children under the age of 18 years old to accompany them. Such applications must be made under an ESCORT VISA.
